I apologize in advance if this is offensive to anyone.

I live in America, and i wondered, What do other countries think call a darker skinned person? I'm used to them being called 'black' or 'african-american' and 'Latino/hispanic/Mexican' What do other countries (England, Sweden, Germany, Russia, etc...) think/consider of a darker person? I am honestly curious, and once more i apologize sincerely if i offended you.

In Sweden we usually call them Africans or colored (but in Swedish of course). We call people from south america "south American" and people from Europe who are from Spain and Italy as Southern European.

Nothing odd about that I guess.

Well in England black people are usually called black or black Caribbean or black African, depending where they originate. There is no one drop rule, your referred to as mixed race( they tell you what race they're mixed with). Usually people are referred to of their families country of origin. But if you are not background is not originally from England your British, instead of English.
