What percentage of Black people are serial Killers?

I'm sitting here having this debate with a friend of the family that the last time I checked I thought only like 3 or 4 percent of serial killers were black and that like 90 percent were white. I've googled it, but I can't really find any helpful info.

well usually when blacks kill each other it is a hood related incident involving 'urban' blacks which gets little to no publicity, so usually if theyve killed numerous people they build up a reputation in the streets of being a killer but they arent what society normally labels serial killers



if you notice most serial killers get much publicity because they kill alot of non-minorities
