They are Turkish but not proper names rather different ways of calling your beloved ones.



They can be both used for both male and female.



Karam means "my black one"...used for a brunette lover.



Cano is a deviant form for the word "canım" which means dear, honey, sweety, etc.



Cano is pronounced "John-o", you' re right.

Can means life but I haven't come across the name Cano before. Both names are male.

Are you sure on the spelling on cano? I can't find that anywhere...



And no I don't know if they are names......but I assume the Karam could well be...as my BIN is Arabic and his name is Habib which comes from Habibi which means beloved.....
