* there is no pentagraph in freemasonry, it is the blazing star which represents God (and don't try to interpret God as some satanic entity, in Freemasonry, that is not the case)...
* 1) no casket in the grand lodge, or any other lodge, 2) the image of the casket in freemasonry is to remind us we have a limited time to act and live moral lives, assisting others in need as we would want them to assist us in our time of need, and to improve ourselves

As others have said, same as in any other masonic lodge, but bigger and fancier: lodge meeting rooms mostly. The Grand Lodge also has a large library, a museum, and (because it runs the rest of the lodges) it has lots of offices and everything else you'd expect in an office building.

I have visited the one in Guthrie Oklahoma when my dad took his 32nd.It was big and very pretty.I think they have a place for the men to study to take their degrees.Of course a lot of it We could not see.
