Because Asians have the more slanted, small, and squinted eyes compared to other races. Yes blacks and whites can have East Asian-like eyes but it's most prevalent in East Asians.

I say asian eyes because everyone will know what i'm talking about if i say it like that.. besides i

told an asian friend that she had beautiful long slanted eyes and she got offended.. so i asked her how should i call them? and she didn't even know lol.. so asian eyes it is from now on and forever.

That's stupid slant eye the eye shape is almond which is most common in east Asians and Amerindians but it occurs in whites and blacks but not the norm .what if everyone call whites and blacks big eyes or sunken zombie eyes how they would like it

Most Asians don't have them. People from most of western, northern and southern Asia do not have them. It is only China and its near neighbours that do.
