Is Putin trying to claim whites are a minority?

He claims to be protecting the "ethnic" Russians and the "native" Russians. Since when are whites ethnic/native minorities who need to be protected?

Bc in northern Asia their are many mixed whites, they are asian and white mixed they are known as caucasian...not all Europeans are anglo or nordic. Read dna on northern caucasian on my link. Even though many caucasians have light skin they are still not white.***josh not all europeans are the same..for instance the English are anglo the French are not, like rest of southern europeans are actually mediterranean a mixed race.@@bradley there are more Asians and Indians than there is white, these continents especially china are expected to explode in numbers but will not interfere with western populations, if we start mixing like a huge majority then we will all look the same. Southern europeans in ancient times mixed bc of trade and hunting, resulted in what is now mediterranean people.

There is actually interesting research done on this. Studies say that white people are soon going to be the minority in the world. It has to do with the average European or white skinned American only having an average of less then 2 children per family when 2.11 is needed to sustain a culture. By the year 2050 Muslims will make up the majority of Europe, and a similar trend is taking place in Russia.

Well there's a lot of nationalism is Eastern Europe. Unlike in Western Europe, we'd consider an English, French and Irish person to be the same race, in Eastern Europe, many consider Russians, Ukrainians, Albanians, Molovan's, Czech's...(another 20 or so countries...) all to be a different race. In reality, there's little difference between most of these nationalities. I'd suggest that he's making the point that Russia is being 'overrun' by these groups, rather than say blacks or Muslims.
