Would Blacks that live in Japan say that even though there is discrimination, it is still worth living there?

supposedly if all you do is be polite, speak japanese, and don't act loud and obnoxious, that living in japan will be much easier....some blacks say it's not that much discrimination

I would hope so because I would like to visit Japan one day. I have a black friend that lives in Tokyo and she loves it. I've never heard any complaints from her so it might be easier for blacks over there.

I was born on a military base in Japan, and lived the first 8 years of my life in Japan. There's not that much discrimination. Some teasing, but they teased the white kids way worse than they teased me.

Idk I never heard of "blacks" living in japan..although I do want to visit tokyo...the pics I see are gorgeous.
