Why are there always shows on tv embarrassing black americans?

But you never see other ethnicity's getting embarrassed or pointing out problems? like that show black in america, even celebs like and al sharpton and bill cosby. Everyone (on tv) always has something bad to say about the black americans. Do they purposely put those shows on to embarrass us??

Actually that "rock of love" show was pretty bad



The only difference is how society takes it



Like if a "black girl flashes it's trashy", "white girls flash it's having fun or they are with the wrong crowd"



To me, both are trashy

yes i never knew my full heritage either lol born and raised in Canada, everyone who is chinese,black,arab,altino all call them selfs "canadians' and so was i...when i started getting to the age of like 13 i then knew that i was moroccan...didnt understand exactly but i just knew that my roots were from there as i grew older i understood that my mom and dad had mooved from morocco and settled in canada giving birth to me ! so now i basicly know that i am a moroccan guy born and rasied in canada...but lmao just recently (im 17 now btw) i have discoverd that i have some black slave decndents who come from mali and senegal (weird cuz im not black at all) and that i have latino and spanish roots (that i can understand since morocco is right next to spain lol and i look like it i guess) so i guess as u grow older and older you will find out more and more about your self...its hard being a colored persone living in north america cuz we dont get it lol xp

I know I do but then that's probably because I watch lots of VH1. I see many a race being embarrassed on TV. But it may also be because that's what gets ratings.

White girls act crazy and just as wild on tv.........but the media is always on black women. If a black women ever flashed her breasts in public she could go to jail or just be called a hoe....now a white women its them having fun or thats just normal.



But in general tv is trashy these days.

Its fear. The racist in the beginning didn't want their white children

exposed to black sexuality. They feared that would be the end

of their family tree. Of course that only fired up the curiosity. White

men left their white wives to have sex with slave girls to the point

the white girls got jealous and got themselves in trouble by screwing

the slave guy, of course they yelled "rape" to save themselves which

got the poor black guy in trouble. Trouble usually meant torture and

death. So white women were basically under control not to have

sex with any other men except "white". It's the 21st century now

I don't think I need to say more, but I'm sure you've noticed how things

are going from some of the answers above me.
