99% of skinheads are racist, but there are a few who aren't (like the old school Jamaican ska fans)

Yes, the original skinheads (part of the punk sub-culture) were not racist... If I remember correctly, many of them were disgusted when anti-Semitic assholes stole their look and name and started** causing havoc (with blacks, Jews, gays, etc), because that didn't represent what they were about in the least.
