My mom won't take me to a REAL Barbershop?

She said she doesn't like the 'enviorment'
She always tries to take me with her to this one Vietnamese Salon Barber who i HATE. She can't speak English good, she always rushes through my hair, and one time, she even gave me like 6 cuts while trying to line up my hair line. Last time I told my mom to take me to a REAL Barber shop. With Actual men that speak English, and know Black hair well. My hair came out great, not a single cut, and I found a new Hair Cut I like. Then as soon as we left....my mom started complaining. "Oh We are never coming back! The guy didn't use clean clippers" "They were cursing the whole time!" "How do you know the design in your hair isn't gang related?" It was soooo annoying.
Now, I need a haircut and she won't take me to the barber shop. My dad cuts his own hair so he obviously doesn't want to take me. The thing is my dad does weird line ups and all he knows how to do is fades. And the stupidest thing is, the barber shop is 4 blocks away while the Salon Barber is a 18 minute drive.

How can I convince her?? Maybe find another Barber Shop?

Actually, I'm a barber. For a guy, there is nothing like going to good old fashioned Barbershop to getting a shave & a haircut. The shop I work at relatively new, & virtually all of our customer are Mexican or Spanish speaking. I would tell her as a guy, you need the experience.

Dang, that sucks man. Well, your mom sounds very stubborn but maybe you can convince her. Just keep trying. But if she doesn't change her mind, I suggest you find another barber shop. Do whatever it takes to avoid going back to the Vietnamese lady 'cause hair is important. You don't wanna walk around with 10 cuts in the back of your head.

You do the foot work for her. Research all the barber shops near your house.

Make sure they use clean clippers and whatever it is that your mother complained about.

Tell your mom relax and let you go get your hair cut where you'd like. Where does she get HER hair done? Does she go to a Vietnamese salon?

As long as my dad paid for my cut I had to get it cut where he took me. If you have your own cash just go get your hair cut.
