How do those North Koreans march in such perfect synchronization so perfectly?

I have no idea how they manage to do such awesome military marches in absolute PERFECT synchronization. Its amazes me how they can do that. Just look at them when they walk, every step they take matches up perfectly with the other 10,000 people who are walking. How do they do it??
