I think the race problem can be solved by each race that didn't originate from here go back to their own countries. Let's give this land back to the indians.

be a role model, do not discriminate because of creed, color or religion. having said that there will always be prejudice. i guess Darwin and the survival of the fittest would apply.stronger armies battled those that were weaker. there has always been some hierarchy in society. the caste system. rich versus poor. lighter or darker skinned people with varying prejudices. some light skin blacks are discriminated against by darker blacks. white vs.black .intelligent vs. average. the feudal system. the alpha male. the leader of the pride. don't really know why or how to change it. it is what it is.

Every enterprise (big corporation) has regulations to treat such kind of violation, the purnishment is depended on level of abuse / violation.
Please see the web of Adidas, Nike and other famous brand, they are very strict vith this issue. They have a clear “Code of conduct” to control such actions.
Please see the link below, you can see the root of solution.

I think the solution to discrimination is to teach everyone that all people are valuable. When people will feel their own worth and the worth of others, they will feel no need to find excuses to try to show that they are better than others.

We teach respect for others and acceptance of their differences
People should be willing to learn about others, their interests and their way of life.
Far too many people just care about themselves and nobody else
